Luka Modric completed more successful passes than any other player in the Premier League last season.
In the summer of 2011, Modrić was heavily pursued by cross-town rivals, Chelsea. Chelsea initially made a bid of £22 million followed by a bid of £27 million, both of which were rejected. Tottenham president, Daniel Levy, stated that Tottenham would not sell Modrić at any price.
It is now thought that Daniel Levy is looking to offload Luka Modric in order to sign Joao Moutinho from Porto, Andre Villas Boas is a massive fan of the midfielder, who had a great Euro 2012 tournament.
