Ryan Giggs to Captain Team GB.

Stuart Pearce has confirmed that Ryan Giggs will be the captain of the Team GB men’s football team at this summer’s Olympics.

Giggs  has won 12 Premier League titles, five FA Cups and two Champions Leagues with Manchester United, and is 38 years old. He has made 638 appearances for Man United and scored 112 goals.

Team GB will play their first Olympic match against Senegal on the 26th of July.
